NATO E-3A Component, Geilenkirchen, Germany

26 - 28 May 2026
 

The meeting is held at NATO E-3A Conference Centre. The component is nicely placed in the western part of Germany, very close to the Dutch border and close to the town, Sittard.

 

We recommend to book accommodation in Sittard, since we have bus transportation to the NATO base from here.

Conference fee will be around EUR 60,- (update will follow) and includes:

• Mid-morning refreshments

• Lunch

• Mid-afternoon refreshments

• Conference Room

• and Social Event

​Conference fee is paid for directly on the first day of the meeting.

​

Monday evening, we will have a Meet and Great in the bar at NATO E-3A Conference Center. You have the option to buy drinks and maybe something to eat at the bar. No registration required.

​

Social Event will be on Wednesday evening in Bavaria Keller on base. We have arranged a delicacy from the area. Registration and payment in the morning on the first day of meeting

Accommodation is booked directly at a hotel free of choice in Sittard. We have not made any kind of pre-arrangement with the hotels in Sittard. Please be aware that bus transportation to/from the meeting on th NATO base is from the Double Tree hotel.
