Hotel Norden in Haderslev, Denmark

The meeting will be held at Hotel Norden, where you also will find accommodation. The hotel is nicely placed at Haderslev Dam, close to the pedestrian area with shops, bars and restaurants. Read more about Haderslev on Visit Sønderjylland or Wikipedia.

 

Room prices are form DKK 875,- up to DKK 1095,- pr. night.

Conference fee is DKK 1105,- and includes:

• Mid-morning refreshments

• Lunch from buffet

• Mid-afternoon refreshments

• Conference Room

​Danish VAT is included in the prices.

Monday evening, we will have a Meet and Great in the hotel bar. You have the option to buy drinks and something to eat in the bar. No registration required.

Social Event will be on Wednesday evening, also in the hotel. We have arranged a delicacy from te area, Sønderjysk Pølsebord - a Sausage Table with local specialties. Registration in the meeting Tuesday. Payment will be done separately.

A bank card number is needed as guarantee. Please use "TCF" as reference in the email.

We encourage you to please register early. Rooms are only blocked until 01. March 2025. After this date you must search for rooms yourself.
