For registration, please use the Registration form by no later than 19 August 2022. No Request For Visit (RFV) for entry to the air base is required.
The conference fee to attend the TCF event is 49 Euros. The conference fee includes conference facilities, lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments (coffee, water etc) for the whole TCF event. The conference fee shall be paid on the first day to E-3A Conference Centre personnel.
The TCF NATO AWACS airbase conference centre has a capacity of a maximum of 60 delegates and therefore availability will be on a first come, first serve basis. Early registration is recommended.
Call for presentations
This calling notice also includes the request for presentations for the TCF. Both the vice chair and myself encourage submission of presentations and discussion topics in any of the areas of the tactical communication domain (TDLs, Identification systems, tactical radios etc).
Presentations should be approximately 20 minutes long and the agenda will allow for 30 minutes for questions and discussions within the forum.
The TCF has not been able to make a block bookings at a hotel. However TCF recommends delegates book the following hotels in the beautiful town of Sittard in The Netherlands.

Please book early to ensure a room for the TCF.
Access to NATO Air Base for the TCF can only be via the coach organized by NATO base host. The TCF coach will pick up delegates only from outside the Doubletree hotel in Sittard every morning at 08:00.
Travel to TCF
The local airports for international flights are Düsseldorf, Cologne and Brussels and then circa an 1 hour hire car journey to the TCF hotels.
